Responsibilities

• Draft and finalise EPC Head of Terms and contracts (Solar PV & BESS) including technical schedules
• Act as interface between Development, EPCM, Asset Management and Legal to incorporate all departmental input
• Ensure contractual compliance with PPA, permits, grid codes and other underlying documents
• Handle contract review, amendments and variation management
• Administer existing contracts and monitor deliverables
• Lead commercial, technical and contractual negotiations for EPC and O&M agreements
• Guarantee that (technical) concessions remain within company standards and policies
• Prepare and present technical-contractual topics during due-diligence phases
• Interface with development, EPC, lenders and asset owners to clarify technical-contractual questions

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Business, Civil/Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy or similar
• 3–5 years' proven contract-drafting and negotiation experience with solid commercial acumen; background in construction, infrastructure or renewables mandatory
• Affinity for the interface between business and technology
• Understanding of project-finance processes
• Strong MS-Word and PDF-editing skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and precise work style
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Intercultural competence
